Fabrication takes place at one of our two facilities in Alberta where ISO 9001, ABSA and ASME approved processes ensure each piece meets exact specifications. Pipe Welding Automation
- Rotoweld technology now robotically welds flanged nozzles, spooling and related pipe products with proven accuracy.
- Two fully robotic welding units reduce the reliance on a depleting B-pressure welding workforce.
- Can weld a complete vessel up to 36" in diameter and perform tasks such as fuel gas scrubbers and H-class vessel welds with minimal set-up.
Advanced Cutting Technology
- Plasma cutting technology is a key tool in our ability to reduce delivery times and increase quality
- From a 20' x 6' plasma table, to the most advanced CNC profiler our team uses the latest in technology to cut as long as 40' and 40" in diameter.

There is always a need for used equipment and our trade in program helps you recover the capital from older equipment. We'll take your used equipment in on trade against any new product, or we'll visit your site to inspect and potentially purchase your used equipment for our inventory.
Our used equipment program has built an extensive inventory of product to reduce turnaround time, reduce your total capital cost and each piece can be refurbished to meet your specifications and the latest regulations. We stock nearly 10 acres of used and re-furbished equipment on two sites in Red Deer including the odd and unusual pieces that no other supplier has in inventory.
